Clinic POLICIES

Appointment booking policy

A non refundable 50.00 deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit will go toward the totality of your service,   and is attached to a 24hr cancellation policy. Therefore, shall you need to reschedule your appointment, please allow a minimum of 24hrs so your deposit is not forfeited. If you reschedule greater than 24hrs, your deposit will be forwarded toward your next appointment that I will carry for up to 4 months. Deposits can be sent to the email address info@lminjectables.com Once the deposit is received, an SMS confirmation text will be sent to you and at that time you will be booked in. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

I require minimum 24hrs notice to reschedule your service. Canceling or rescheduling less than 24hrs will result in forfeiting your deposit.

SICKNESS POLICY

If you, or someone you are in close contact with is sick. Please reschedule a minimum of 24hrs prior to your scheduled service.
